BITFORGE LLC provides software consulting, custom software development, automation, data analysis, cloud platform, API, web, mobile, and AI integration services. Customer support is available at support@bitforgellc.com.

Refunds and disputes

Project fees, milestones, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. Completed custom work is generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing. Billing questions or disputes should be sent to support within 14 days for review.

Cancellation

Ongoing services may be cancelled in writing before the next billing period unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Fixed-scope projects may be cancelled according to the signed agreement; completed work and approved expenses remain payable.

Returns

BITFORGE LLC does not sell physical goods, so physical returns do not apply. For digital services or custom software work, support and remediation terms are handled through the applicable service agreement.

Restrictions and promotions

Services are not offered where prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or contractual restrictions. There are no active promotions. Any future promotion will include its terms, eligibility, and expiration details with the offer.
